Paul and I put in a very hilly 120km this morning......Galston Gorge, Berowra Waters, Hawkesbury River, Mt White and Bobbin Head.......5 decent hills plus numerous others.

The new compact cranks worked really well. As my legs got tired, I was able to spin in a lower gear whilst keeping my normal pace up the hills.......just what I was looking for.
