Welcome to the Waratah Veteran Cyclists Club, the only cycling club in Sydney catering exclusively for Masters cycling. We hold regular Sunday morning races for men and women over the age of 30 in a spirit of friendly competition. We race in five grades to suit ability not age and cater for all abilities from the beginner to the world champion.

Sunday races are held on closed racing circuits at Eastern Creek Raceway, Eastern Creek Dragway,Olympic Park Homebush and Lansdowne Park. This choice of circuits allows us to run a variety of races to suit all cycling abilities. Browse through our website for detailed information.

Club Membership and Licence Renewal for 2009

You can now renew your Club membership and racing licence for 2009 online with Cycling Australia. Go to Cycling Australia's website at www.cycling.org.au and select the membership section. The fees for 2009 are: Masters Men/Women 30-64 MAS1-7 $198.00 Masters Men/Women 65+ MAS8+ $110.00 New applicants should download the membership form from the Cycling Australia website and send it with a cheque to the Club Treasurer.

PRE-PAID ENTRIES NOW OPEN - SAVE $$$

Pre-paid entries for January 1 - June 30 2009 are now open. The cost is $175 which is equivalent to 14 rides, so if you plan to ride more than this you will then ride free. Pre-paid entries not only save money but also save having to stand in a queue each week. Bring $175 along this Sunday and pre-pay.
